Projects are a very cost effective way of reaching a number of great designers and developers. A project, currently, costs $39 and can be created from the new project page. You should also check out the project budgets page to see how much you should budget for various requirements.

Your budget will depend wholly on the type of project you require. We have listed, below, some minimum and recommended budgets for various projects. Please consider the following when deciding on a budget for your project:
- What would you like to spend?
- What skill level of designer or developer would you like to attract?
- How many quotes would you like to receive?

How to create a job post
Creating a new job is easy! Simply complete the form on the create a job page and, once verified, your job will be available on the site for everyone to see.
If it is your first time at posting a job, we will need to manually verify the post before it goes live; this should not take very long. Once verified, you will be notified that your job is online. Additional jobs, posted with the same email address, will be posted straight away.

Replies will be sent to the email address you created your job post with. You will receive an email with the candidates contact details, a letter of intention and a copy of their resume / CV.

You can send a reply from the job details page. Simply click on a job you are interested in and select the 'apply now' link. You will then be asked to provide your name, email address, a letter of intention or a description of your skills and a copy of your resume / CV. The employer will then receive these details and should be in touch shortly. Good luck!

Featured jobs are displayed at the top of the home page and on the jobs page. They are also highlighted in the sidebar as well as appearing in the ripepixel blog. By featuring your job you are positioning it so that it receives a higher chance of receiving more applicants. You can make your job featured by selecting the relevant option when creating your job post.

How to create a project
Design and development projects can be created from the create a project page. As with jobs, your first project will need to be verified before it goes live on the site.
Once verified, you will be able to receive quotes against your project.

If someone is interested in your project, they will complete their details on the quote form and these will be emailed to you at the email address you used when creating the project. You will receive their contact details, their quote amount and any relevant experience or examples of previous work.

If you are interested in quoting on a design or development project, you can use the 'Submit Quote' link on the project details page. Please complete the required fields and make sure to include any relevant experience and examples of previous work in the details section. This will ensure you have a better chance of winning the work.
Your details will then be sent to the project creator and you should receive a reply from them shortly.
